It is value for money. Don't expect slippers, bathrobes, toothbrushes and tea/coffee. This is basic providing only the necessities (towels, drinking water, a kettle, a TV) as stated on Booking.com. It is okay for a short stay. The staff was polite, the room was clean overall, the location is very good (close to main roads, grocery stores and restaurants). There is a good café and a spa (haven't tried it).

The staff was excellent- from Anagha, to Ikram and the also the manager was really helpful with queries i had and also helped me with information I needed. I will definitely come back. Also ideally located if you are looking for something closer to Ajman free zone(roughly 2 km or so, but taxis are available and there are supermarkets in walkable distance as well as restaurants)

very cooperative staff. immediate responce from house keeping what was not there was provided on request. excellent location. very close to nesto and different restaurants. this was my second stay with family and both time we had an excellent experience wilk be staying again

Very good location next to a bus station, supermarkets and hyper market. There are alot of facilities near the hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff The hotel's cafe has very good food with regular prices comparable to any cafe

Cutlery set is complete, with laundry machine kettle, fridge, and microwave. There is a 24-hour restaurant, with a very affordable price.
